Section 1 - Shipment Policy

Our goal is to provide safer and faster shipping options wherever you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Shipping time may vary due to unexpected factors, such as bad weather, public holidays, covid or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.

Section 2 - Shipping Time

Usually, your package will be shipped within 24 hours after order confirmation except weekends and holidays. If Your order needs to be customized, it might take a little longer time to process.

Section 3 - Shipping Cost     

For China, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, it is also free shipping. For the rest of the world, we charge $25 for one order. Or contact us for the specific cost.

Please ensure your address is correct, changing address after parcel left factory will cause extra fees which should be born by buyer.

Section 4 - Consignee Information

It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays.

Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, zip code, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

Express company doesn't accept any address with PO Box, APO or military base.

All Express shipments require a signature.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Section 5 - Shipping Delays

If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagements, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of DHL/Fedex/UPS.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

We entrust DHL/Fedex/UPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

Section 6 - Parcel Lost

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately.

We will contact DHL/Fedex/UPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-16 business days.

Notice

  1. Chicrosa will not resend or refund a package that shows DELIVERED on DHL/Fedex/UPS tracking.
  2. Some shipping services may need the customer's signature to complete the delivery. If we ship the package to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or an authorized person are at the delivery address.

Section 7 - Extra Cost

The cost will be borne by the buyer under the following conditions:

  1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
  2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
  3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

Section 8 - Helpful Hint

Normally, the local shippers deliver packages on workday( Mon. - Fri.).Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, it's better for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on workday as the shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open, because the shipper might contact you via phone.

It is also suggested to contact the local Express company when the package gets to your country to schedule the delivery time, so that you can get it safe and sound rather than authorizing the Express to leave your package at the door directly. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the authorized package.

Section 9 - Payment Method

We accept the following payment methods:

 

Payment of PayPal:

1.You have your PayPal account, then choose the PayPal to complete the payment directly.

2.If you want to use the PayPal payment, but you don’t have one PayPal account, please register one first.

Note: Choose the PayPal payment, you can choose your currency US dollar, we only accept US dollar.  

We will check our PayPal account, when we confirm to receive the payment, we will arrange the shipment. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.
